Nia Dance Retreat Update and Spring Retreat Dates The retreat was wonderful...the combination of art, dance and our beautiful natural surroundings of the Sugar Ridge Retreat made the weekend relaxing and refreshing.  Maybe you can join us for our next retreat in the Spring.

This year we are hosting a combination Nia Retreat and Nia White Belt in June 2012.  This is a special event of learning, transforming and rejuvenation with Black Belt extraordinaire, Roberta Mohler.  We love Roberta's joyful style, presence in instruction  and  her depth of knowledge of the body.  With a White Belt participants are able to teach Nia and continue their personal practice on a deeper level.  For more information see Events Page or www.nianow.com
