Services

  • Regular one hour classes are $10.00. Your first Nia class with me is FREE. Take this time to experience Nia in your body. Movement is magic!
  • Workshops will be offered throughout the year and posted here. Prices will vary.
  • Ask me about private sessions to work on your body and at your pace.

I enjoy teaching private groups too! I have worked with a variety of groups, birthday parties, athletes, conferences and retreats.  My class has even been a birthday party gift! It's all a lot of fun, and I love doing these group classes, so if you want a private class, ask me about it.

I am addicted to Nia with Janet. I always feel so good after - even on those days I don’t feel like going out. I don't know how it works, but Nia always lifts my spirits. The drop-in classes and the friendly atmosphere make everyone feel at home. Thank you Janet!
